Rentals. We do have a few rules we'd like you to abide by while
enjoying our hospitality.
House Rules
~No Smoking~
Our cabins are a
smoke-free environment. If you must smoke, we ask that you do so
outdoors. Please refrain from bringing your cigarette butts indoors and
dispose of them properly in the provided "butt cans".
~No
Pets~
We are sorry, but we do
not allow pets at this time.
~No
Unregistered Overnight Guests~
Please make sure that all of the guests staying in the cabin are those
who are registered to stay there.
~No
Loud, Unruly, or Unlawful Parties, Noise or Behavior~
Please be respectful of your neighbors during your stay at our cabins. Reservations and Deposits
You must be 21 years or older to rent one of our cabins.
We require the first night plus tax as deposit to hold your
reservation.
We accept checks or credit cards for the deposit.
All deposit checks must arrive 30 days before your check-in
date.
Reservations secured without a credit card will require a
damage deposit to be returned within 30 days after check-out and
inspection.
We require a driver's license upon check-in if you are
paying with a credit card.
There is a 25.00 surcharge for a one night stay.
Check-In
The remaining balance for your stay will be collected at
check-in.
We only accept credit cards and cash at check-in.
Please call ahead if you are going to be checking-in later
than expected.
Check-Out
Check-out is promptly at noon.
No late check-out unless previously arranged with the
management.
Please leave your keys in the cabin when you leave.
Have a safe journey home!
Cancellations and Rescheduling
At least a two week notice is required to receive 90% of
your deposit back.
There is a 10% penalty for cancelling a reservation at
least two weeks before check-in.
Cancellations occurring the two weeks prior to your
check-in forfit their deposit.
You may reschedule your reservation as long as you notify
us at least two weeks before your original check-in date.
You have one year to reschedule your stay from the date you
notify us of the schedule change.
There are no refunds offered for weather conditions, acts
of God or other circumstances beyond our control.
You contractually agree to
follow our rules and policies when you secure your reservation with a
check or credit card.
